According to the rules of the Swedish Athletics Federation, there are no age limits for participation in races shorter than the half marathon.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Registration for J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping 10K\/5K closes on 13. october 2026<\/span> at 23:00. After 13. october 2026<\/span> it is not possible to register via the website. If there is room, you can register on site at the bib distribution (Lillsj\u00f6plan <\/i><\/a>) on 17. october 2026<\/span> from 07:30 – 10:20 (Fee of 50 SEK will be added) <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Yes, invoice is one of several payment methods and once you have made your registration, it is complete, regardless of the payment method. Registration is binding. How can I see that I am registered?<\/h3>\n
\n
\n

Once your entry is registered, you will be included in the start list<\/a>. You will see the confirmation on the screen immediately after registration and you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as you have paid. The confirmation also serves as a receipt. As soon as you have paid, you are registered and appear on the start list<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

I have not received a notification?<\/h3>\n
\n
\n

When you register and pay, a registration confirmation will be sent out by email with a summary of all registered and any other purchases (t-shirt, cap) that were made at registration. Check the junk mail in case you can’t find it.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

\n

I have received a gift card, how do I redeem it?<\/h3>\n
\n
\n

You register as usual and tick the distance and products you want. Then enter the code you received as a gift. Then the amount is deducted from the shopping cart. If it does not work, it is because the person who bought the gift card did not enter your email address at the time of purchase (the code only allows registration via the selected email address). If so, email us at info@jonkopingmarathon.se<\/a> and we will add your address so you can complete your registration.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n<\/div>\n

Can I sell my entry? (Name change)<\/h3>\n

If you can not participate, you can change the name of your starting place, latest 11. october 2026<\/span>. You will have to find your own replacement. There is an administrative fee of \u20ac120.<\/p>\n

I want to cancel my entry and have signed up for Startklar, how do I do that?<\/h3>\n

If you have taken out Startklart insurance and are ill or injured, go to www.startklar.nu<\/a> to find out how to make a claim.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

I am registered and wonder if it is possible to get a refund of the entry fee if I am ill?<\/h3>\n
\n
\n

The only way to get your fee refunded is to subscribe to the Startklart cancellation cover. In such cases, you contact Startklar if injury or illness has occurred. As stated in the notification, it is not possible to transfer your entry to the following year.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Is it possible to change distance?<\/h3>\n
\n
\n

Distance change is possible latest 11. october 2026<\/span>. Administration fee is charged. After this date it is no longer possible.<\/p>\n

If you still wish to run a distance other than the one you are registered for, it is possible to buy a new entry as long as places are available.<\/p>\n

If you have followed the instructions and provided us with the required information, you can easily see in the start list<\/a> if the change has been made.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n<\/div>\n

Can I have the bib sent to me instead? <\/h3>\n

\n

No. Everyone must get it at the bib distribution point in the starting area at Lillsj\u00f6plan. <\/i><\/a>,\nor have a representative pick up the BIB for you (presentation of both IDs required)<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

At least three weeks before the race, more detailed race information will be posted on the website. There you can read practical information about the race. Read also the Start-PM (published two weeks before the race).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Why don’t you give exact time limits for the different starting groups?<\/h3>\n

\n

Before start all runners choose their starting group (based on estimated finish time). All runners start at the same time (fastest group first).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

What is the start time for the races?<\/h3>\n

Both distances start at 11:00 . Come in good time. <\/p>

You can find all the answers regarding the race in the START-PM which is sent out about 2 weeks before the race.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Yes, of course, all our races are measured by the Swedish Athletics Federation. Seeding basis for most races in Sweden and the rest of the world.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n
