Changing room & Shower<\/h4>\n

Saturday, August 18, 2025, Fitness24Seven V\u00e4stra Storgatan 12, open 11:15 – 15:00. There are two entrances. One at the travel center\/Juneporten and one along the railway station. <\/p>\n

Warm up<\/h4>\n

Warm-up together with Fitness24Seven will take place at the same time. 10:40 in the start\/finish area<\/p>\n

Registration<\/h4>\n

Registration for the race is done online via the website – registration J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping 10K\/5K<\/a>. You can also register in the start\/finish area. 7:30 – 10:20, 17. october 2026<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/h4>\n

Parking garages near the start\/finish: Sesame<\/a>, Atollen<\/a>, Smedjan<\/a>, Biblioteket<\/a>. Please note that there is a charge for parking, including on Saturdays.<\/p>\n

Bag storage<\/h4>\n

Limited space for bag drop is available in the start area on Saturday 07.30-10.20. The bags will be collected at the same place after the finish, latest at. 13.00.<\/p>\n

Rules<\/h4>\n

The rules of the Swedish Athletics Federation apply. All participation is at your own risk.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Running track<\/h4>\n

A very flat and fast course in central J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping. 5K runs one lap, 10K runs two laps. See interactive map.<\/a><\/p>\n

Water\/energy stations<\/h4>\n

There is one water station along the track where Enervit Isotonic drink and water served. 5K passes the fluid station once, 10K twice.<\/p>\n

Awards & prize money<\/h4>\n

Top-3 in J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping 10K wins 3000 SEK, 2000 SEK and 1000 SEK respectively. TOP-3 in J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping 10K\/5K in each race and class will receive prizes from partners worth several thousand. Prize money only in J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping 10K. All runners receive a medal and something to eat and drink after the race.<\/p>\n

Maximum time<\/h4>\n

Time – 12:30<\/p>\n

Bib distribution<\/h4>\n

Takes place at the start area from 07:30. Closes at 10:20. Bibs will not be sent (we care about the environment). You collect everything in the start\/finish area. You can see the start numbers in the start list<\/a> from the afternoon of Monday 14th. Bring your ID. If you wish to collect someone else’s starter’s certificate, please bring a picture of their ID and your own. Please have your start number ready when you pick up your bib to shorten the waiting time.<\/p>\n

Healthcare<\/h4>\n

Paramedics and defibrillators will be present in the start\/finish area. Medics wear orange vests.<\/p>\n

Pacemakers<\/h4>\n

Our pacesetters are running the 10K and will have a flag marked with their finishing time. Marking 40 means that the pacer will complete the 10K in 40 minutes. Even you as a 5K runner can follow this pacer if your goal is 20 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
