Championships for the districts of the East Swedish Athletics Federation are organised every year.

This year Jönköping Marathon is hosting the DM and the veteran DM in marathon.

Everyone who is registered for an association affiliated with the East Swedish Athletics Association will automatically be included in the DM. Those born in 1986 and earlier will also be included in the Veteran District Championship, with 5-year-interval classes 35-39 years, 40-44 years, etc., based on year of birth.

Prize-giving for the DM will be held on site after the finish.

East Swedish Athletics Association medals in gold-silver-bronze to 1a-2a-3a in DM and VDM.
