Changing room & Shower

There is no shower facility after the race.

Warm up

Warming up will take place at 10:40 in the start/finish area

Registration

Registration for the race is done online via the website – registration Jönköping 10K/5K. You can also register in the start/finish area. 7:30 – 10:20, 19. october 2024.

Parking

Parking garages near the start/finish: Sesame, Atollen, Smedjan, Biblioteket. Please note that there is a charge for parking, including on Saturdays.

Bag storage

Limited space for bag drop is available in the start area on Saturday 07.30-10.20. The bags will be collected at the same place after the finish, latest at. 13.00.

Rules

The rules of the Swedish Athletics Federation apply. All participation is at your own risk.

Running track

A very flat and fast course in central Jönköping. 5K runs one lap, 10K runs two laps. See interactive map.

Water/energy stations

There is one water station along the track where Enervit Isotonic drink and water served. 5K passes the fluid station once, 10K twice.

Prizes

The top 3 in each class receive prizes from partners. All runners receive a medal and something to eat and drink after the race.

Bib distribution

Takes place at the start area from 07:30. Closes at 10:20. Bibs will not be sent (we care about the environment). You collect everything in the start/finish area. You can see the start number in the startlist about 10 days before the race. Bring your ID. If you wish to collect someone else’s starter’s certificate, please bring a picture of their ID and your own. Please have your start number ready when you pick up your bib to shorten the waiting time.

Healthcare

Paramedics and defibrillators will be present in the start/finish area. Medics wear ORANGE vests.

Pacemakers

Our pacesetters are running the 10K and will have a flag marked with their finishing time. Marking 40 means that the pacer will complete the 10K in 40 minutes. Even you as a 5K runner can follow this pacer if your goal is 20 minutes.
