The payment options: card payment, Swish (direct payment), invoice & partial payment.
Direct payment means immediate payment (within 5 minutes). After registration you will receive a confirmation directly on the screen and via e-mail (if you do not receive this please check your spam or ex. campaign folder if you have Gmail as your e-mail provider. With the web invoice payment option: The invoice is visible directly on the screen after completed registration and is emailed directly to you automatically (keep an eye on your spam folder). Enter your order number as “message” when paying.
The registration fee must be paid within the specified time. Otherwise, a reminder with a fee will be sent. In the case of unpaid reminder invoices, the case is forwarded to the bailiff.
Registration is definitive and non-refundable (also applies when purchasing gift cards). The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of sports events. You cannot carry forward your registration to future years.
Jönköping Marathon refers to the Distance Shopping Act :
“Section 3 The provisions on the obligation to provide information in Section 7 and on the right of withdrawal in Sections 9 to 16 shall not apply to distance contracts where the trader is required to provide the following services on a specific day or during a specific period of time 1. accommodation 2. transport 3. serving, catering or any other similar service, or 4. cultural events, sporting events or any other similar leisure activity”. This means that once registration/payment is made, the registration is binding.
We therefore recommend the Startklar insurance, which applies to all Swedish long-distance races you register for and includes accident insurance for only 155:-.
It is not allowed to participate in our races in someone else’s name! If you are unable to run, you can transfer your place to someone else by making name change on registration (for an administration fee of 150 SEK). This is possible until the 9th of August 2023

Change of distance
With your registration you agree that your name, place of residence, association/company, start number, year of birth, pictures from the race and results will be published on the internet, newspapers and/or in other public contexts. We use your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to administer your registration and manage your results.
Personal data will be processed through targeted mailings from Jönköping Marathon to you as a participant. The number of allowed mailings is limited. You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data and to withdraw consents given. All participation in our races is at your own risk. We do not compensate for loss or damage to property.
In case of cancellation due to extreme cold or certain other weather conditions, we will refund 50% of the entry fee.
Force majeure: In case of cancellation of the race due to other circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, flood, natural disaster, labour conflict, war, terrorist attack, rebellion, earthquake, governmental decision, spread of virus or other diseases, the entry fee will not be refunded. In the event that a race is held but participants are unable to participate due to travel restrictions or quarantine, for example, the entry fee will not be refunded. We refer to the participants’ own insurance.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the content and design of the races and activities.
